Delete your Salute account

You can delete your Salute account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to do it by email. Either way it is permanent and there is no undo.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Salute and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Read what will be removed, type your email address to confirm, and tap Permanently Delete.

Your sign-in stops working right away. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Salute under Sign in with Apple in your device's Apple ID settings.

Or ask us by email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Salute account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in and profile (name, email, phone)
  • Your business and its settings
  • Every customer you added
  • Every review request and its history
  • Any active subscription is not renewed; manage or cancel it in the App Store or Google Play

What we keep

  • A record that an account existed, with all personal details removed, so our signup counts stay accurate
  • Opt-out records for phone numbers that asked not to be texted, so that request keeps being honored
  • Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies
